We're looking for a Service Advisor who can help drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and support operations across multiple locations when needed.
This is more than a typical service writer position. We're looking for someone who wants to grow, lead, and eventually have the opportunity to run a store.
🔥 What You'll Do
- Â Greet customers and build trustÂ
- Â Answer phones and schedule appointmentsÂ
- Â Perform vehicle walkarounds and review inspection resultsÂ
- Â Build estimates and present recommendationsÂ
- Â Follow up on declined work and customer concernsÂ
- Â Help drive sales and customer retentionÂ

- Â Assist multiple locations as business needs requireÂ
- Â Help ensure processes are followed and goals are achievedÂ
